Mach® Die Silicone, in conjunction with Blu-Mousse® VPS Bite-Registration Material, produce slightly flexible yet firm, solid models that hold together when pulled from an alginate impression. Unlike stone which could crack or can even snap when there are isolated or delicate teeth, a Mach/Blu-Mousse model comes out clean, fully intact, with every detail preserved.

With stone, you may only get one shot. With a Mach/Blu-Mousse model, your alginate impression remains intact as it easily releases without tearing or destroying the impression, which means it can be poured multiple times.

Ready to pull in about 2 minutes!

While stone models can take up to 30 minutes or more before fully set, a Mach/Blu-Mousse model sets fast — approximately 2 minutes — so you can pour it, pull it, move on.

A Mach/Blu-Mousse model can be used for creating bleaching trays, orthodontic retainers, study models, and can also be used as a solid base to support fractured segments of a denture base during a repair.
