If your Parkell device needs repair, we will strive to have it fixed and on its way back to you as quickly as possible. 93% of all electronic devices sent to us for repair are fixed and on their way back within 72 hours of when we receive it. Because of our 5-Year Warranty on all electronic devices, most repairs are done at no charge for parts or labor. This warranty applies to all electronic devices purchased for use in the United States and Canada. Hoses, handpieces and cords are covered with a 1-year warranty. If the warranty doesn't apply, our service charges are very modest.
If you ever need to send your Parkell product back to us, the procedure is simple and the turn-around fast.
We will make arrangements with you to return your product.
Sending Your Device for Repair: For service, you must return the product to us. Please include a brief note explaining the problem. Carefully pack the device to prevent damage during transit, with shipping charges prepaid. (Please call us first before returning any device to make arrangements. We do not accept packages sent to us with freight/postage collect.) Failure to properly protect the returned device will void the warranty. Canadian customers, please call us first.
