Short Needle-Nose Bullet: (SD1274-015)
• For removal of caries in larger occlusal fissures (“fissurotomy”).

Like our “gross reduction” diamonds (above), these diamonds feature a serrated cutting surface and coarse grit that blazes through tooth structure. However, the helical serration won’t leave a ditched surface that requires further finishing. While they’re somewhat more expensive than our standard diamonds, they’ll still save you a bundle over other brands of spiral diamonds.
