Amid ongoing concern about the coronavirus COVID-19, Parkell’s top priority is the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and our customers. We are listening to recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) as we strive to help protect our customers and our team members. We recognize the trust you place in us when we send packages to your place of business. You may have wondered, “Is that package safe to touch?” The WHO has addressed this question for us HERE. They’ve made it clear that it is safe to handle a package, even if it comes from a place where the virus has been reported.

We will make every attempt to get your order shipped, and issues resolved in a timely manner. Dear Doctor,

Due to the crucial role we play in manufacturing and providing dental materials and equipment to the dental profession, Parkell is considered an essential business and may continue its operations despite the recent shutdown orders affecting other companies in New York.


In preparation, we have taken all of the recommended precautions to preserve the health and safety of our employees who will work hard to get you what you need. We recognize that as stewards of healthcare, many of you will remain open for emergency services and may run low on the supplies required to perform your work. In response to the current events surrounding COVID-19 we here at Parkell are trying our hardest to ensure that we continue to supply all of our customers with their dental needs. As per the Executive order from the Governor of New York State we have complied with significantly reducing our work staff and are still trying our hardest to work around the ever changing circumstances.
 

Please be advised that Parkell will be closed Friday, March 20th but you are still able to place your orders online. Please continue to check our Parkell website daily for all updates regarding this matter.


Essential staff will continue to be in place at Parkell (remote and on-site) to continue production, support and shipping of essential products and needs for the Dental community until further notice
